What's Included
Cancellation Policy
Customers with individual or small group bookings (1–5 guests) will receive a full refund with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
For groups of 6 or more guests, or when booking more than 50% of available spots, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to receive a full refund.
NO REFUNDS FOR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS!
If you need to reschedule within your cancellation window, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request; however, rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Customers will also receive a full refund or option to rebook in the case of operator cancellation due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Weather Policy
Our tours operate rain or shine. Light rain and typical island weather are considered safe and part of the adventure. If our captain and crew determine that conditions are unsafe, we will cancel the tour ahead of time and offer guests a full refund or the option to rebook on another date.

No-shows, guests who miss the boat, and those cancelling within 24 hours of departure will not receive any refunds or rebooking options.
